Common questions
Are you a broker?
No. We're an independent dispatcher and we work for you, not the shipper. You haul under your own MC, and brokers pay you or your factoring company directly.
What does it cost?
8% of the gross rate on loads you haul. No setup fees, no weekly fees, no long-term contract.
Will I see the rate con?
Yes. Every rate con comes to you. The rate the broker pays is the rate you see.
Do I have to take every load you find?
No. You approve every load before it's booked.
How is my rate decided?
We start from your break-even and negotiate up.
What do you need to get started?
Your MC/DOT number, W-9, certificate of insurance, NOA if you factor, and your lanes and rate floor. Onboarding takes about 10 minutes.
Why don't you ask for banking info upfront?
Freight fraud is real. We only collect banking details after your first load is booked.
I'm on new authority. Can you help?
Yes. Some brokers won't load a new MC, and we'll tell you which ones up front. We work the ones that will and build your history from there.
